Matthew 25:40 tells us "I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, and you did for me." We are being called to serve the world around us. Taking on the responsibility of service means not having an event planned every week, but continually being in prayer and thought about our role in God's kingdom and how we can best serve all those in God's kingdom. Worship Coordinator
- We have tons of opportunities for participation in worship team. Starting this semester, it is going to be a lot less random, thus having a lot more structure. Being a part of worship team will not simply be about having amazing musical abilities. Instead, it is for people who desire to musically worship and praise God, and also to serve others by leading them into this kind of worship. We will be meeting once a week for up to an hour for the three p's... practice, plan, and pray. The worship team would be playing at all Common Grounds.

Arts/Drama Coordinator
- Since we don't really know what it looks like yet, being part of this team would be cool because it would also entail some planning and visionary work, alongside the Servant Team. We would like to see dramas prepared for Common Ground about once a month. Also, it would be great if we could periodically present them at OUTLOUD, the city large group worship. This team would ideally plan having something "artsy" at every Common Ground. It could be anything....writing, art, special music, dance, drama....let your creative juices flow!

Greeters/Emcees
- Are you good at making lasting first impressions that are real, true and genuine? Well, we are looking for at least 2 maybe 4 greeters; with an even number of males/females.
- To greet everyone with a "warm welcome" being inviting, real, authentic, and sincere at Common Ground, ISI/SIS, socials or any other event. As a greeter you would "welcome" people as they came into the room and have conversations with them yet would be on the look out for the new people to IV. Mentally, be aware of people that haven't been there for a while and ask them how they have been, "We missed you."
- When someone is new, start a genuine conversation to find out more about the person. This is NOT a project this is the start of a new friendship/relationship!
